OFF-SEASON SPEED & AGILITY CLINIC This is not a lacrosse clinic , but it’s a great opportunity for our lacrosse players to stay active and get ready for the upcoming season! Coach Craig is running a Speed & Agility Clinic every Monday through November 2 at the Puyallup Park & Recreation Center . It’s a great way for our lacrosse kids to work on speed, agility, coordination, and athleticism during the off-season so they can hit the field ready to go when the lacrosse season starts! Want to sign up for lacrosse but not sure if it is for your athlete? Our lacrosse clinics are for brand new players to get a feel for the game and for returning player to show how it’s done.
